Yup, she's a girl (she just has small boobs). These are (again) two of my own characters 'cause I haven't really been in the "fanart" mood lately (though I'll probably undermine myself and do some soon). And yes- they're a couple!
Aw, I like girls that aren't oversexualized though. ^_^ I like original art usually more than fanart, but your fanart kicks butt because your art style kicks but. Getwhuti'msayin'? They're such a cute couple.
